Hotels + Travel
We are getting married in downtown Louisville (pronounced Lewis-ville), Colorado, about 35 minutes from Denver International Airport. There are several wonderful towns and places to stay within 20-30 minutes of our venue. Wherever you choose, we are excited to have you in Colorado! While our wedding rate hotels are closer to the venue, if interested in staying in Boulder, we’d recommend The Hotel Boulderado and in Denver, we’d recommend The Brown Palace.
HOTELS
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at two hotels in Broomfield that are quite literally next to each other. Both are about a 10 minute drive to our venue The Simon, have great mountain views, are near a mall area with many local spots – PJ’s Diner, EAT!, 4 Noses Brewery scattered about!

Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel
$179+tax along with free parking, free WiFi, and access to the hotel's on-site amenities such as the pool, restaurant, and bar.
Hilton Garden Inn Boulder Broomfield
$159+tax along with free WiFi and access to the hotel's on-site amenities such as the pool and fitness center.
AIRBNB & VRBO
There are plenty of charming AirBnb & VRBO properties around downtown Louisville that are walking distance to our venue. The Simon is on the corner of South Street and Main Street.
Main Street has lots of delicious local food options and everyone’s favorite Sweet Cow ice cream, a Saturday morning Farmer’s Market, many shops that are hidden gems and ample free parking.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
If you are flying into Denver International Airport, the rental car location is off-site which can add an hour to your travel adventure. There are several alternatives to consider beyond the traditional rental car route if that is not your cup of tea:
Uber/Lyft - $75+ from the airport to Hotels
Local Bus: RTD - $10.50/pp
The RTD AB1 bus travels between DIA and Boulder every hour - the first stop after leaving DIA is within a mile from the hotel blocks and could walk from there or get an Uber/Lyft way more affordably. The bus ride is about 45 minutes and you can buy a ticket at the station, pay in cash on the bus or download the MyRide app.
Eight Black Airport Shuttle - $59/pp
Door-to-door Airport Shuttle that runs hourly to the airport
Turo - a different kind of car rental company. You can find a vehicle to pickup at the airport vs going to the offsite rental car location. We’ve never used it but have friends that have and say it is much more affordable than traditional rental car pricing and less hassle at the airport.
Heads up: There are train tracks that run through downtown Louisville but it is a Railroad Quiet Zone (aka the trains only sound the horn in case there are any hazards on the track).
