Weekend Schedule

Welcome Drinks

Saturday, May 31st at 7pm
Acreage by Stem Ciders
1380 Horizon Ave Lafayette, CO 80026

Join us for a drink at Acerage!

Your first drink is on us! We will have a dedicated party tent for our group in the field to the left of the restaurant, casual dress encouraged. You’ll drive through a commercial/business park before seeing Acerage by Stem Ciders on top of a hill with incredible mountain views.

Eating dinner before is recommended - this is drinks, not dinner. It can get very busy on weekends when the weather is nice so is best to make a reservation if you wish to eat at Acreage before our event.

If your kids are traveling with you or are local, they are welcome to attend.

*This is an outdoor, weather dependent event. A decision will be made by 5/27 — check back for updates!

Wedding Day

Sunday, June 1st at 4pm
The Simon
957 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027

Ceremony + Dinner + Dancing

We will be in one place all night! There is free street parking in Downtown Louisville and the neighborhoods surrounding The Simon. If need be, there is a parking deck located at the Library on Spruce and Front Streets, 2 blocks away.

Cocktail Attire: Fun colors and/or patterns are encouraged. No jeans or denim please. We are hopeful for sunny and 70s but Colorado weather can change in a heartbeat. While we will be inside for both the ceremony and reception, we recommend being prepared for the 50s after sunset.

We love your kids, but the wedding ceremony and reception is an adults only event.

The Day After

Monday, June 2nd
Brunch at 10am-ish: EAT!
520 Zang Street, Broomfield
(across the street from hotels)

Hike at noon-ish: Shanahan Ridge Trail
1915 Lehigh St, Boulder, CO 80305

Brunch + Hike

We have brunch plans at EAT! which is directly across the street from the hotel blocks and then hiking/nature walks for all abilities on Monday, June 2nd. For the hike/walk, there is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. The hike is 4 mile loop with an 800 foot elevation gain. We expect it to take about 2 hours. There are wildflowers in bloom, a good majority of the trail is in the shade, there is a great mountain photo op at the halfway point, and plenty of big rocks to sit on for a water break! Regular tennis shoes are just fine for this. Please bring a water bottle for everyone in your crew!
